What’s your average turn around time on general services?We aim to have all items completed and returned to you within 3-4 days.

What detergents do you use?We use bio on our linen and towels and vanish to remove stains as standard.

For delicate wash?We use woolite for more delicate linen. This detergent is designed to handle more delicate materials

How far will you travel?We currently operate out of Torpoint, covering Plymouth and South East Cornwall for commercial laundry services. Get in touch if you'd like to know if you fall within our collection range.

How about stained linen?We ask for stain linen to be separated; we can offer extra solutions which work 90% of the time but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this!

What is the Express service turnaround time?Our Express service will complete and return your items within 24 hours of ordering.

What times do you collect?We will give you a heads up but will be within the working day (9am-5pm)

Is there a minimum charge on travel?Depending on the amount of linen and towels deposited. If its under the threshold, there’s a small charge to cover our time.

How do you operate with payments?We send an invoice after each time you use our services and then send a statement at the end of each month with a total balance, we ask for the statement to be paid within 7 days.
